Step 2: Describe your pre-owned product(s): manufacturer, model and quantity.
Step 3: Receive an instant trade-in quote value for your pre-owned product(s).
Step 4: Fax, email or mail your Confirmation Email and your proof of purchase receipt from BenQ estore for your new BenQ projector or LCD monitor.
Step 5: Ship your pre-owned product(s) using the shipping label/placard provided.
Step 6: Your check will be issued approximately 45 days after the receipt and inspection of your traded product and receipt and validation of your proof of purchase, whichever is later.
